Who can attend your courses?
Companies, insurers, brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, manufacturers and their legal and operational teams. The courses are designed for professionals in the sector.
Which areas do the courses cover?
Transport law (CMR, freight forwarding, claims), maritime law (bills of lading, chartering, average, marine insurance) and insurance law (cargo, liability, claims and recourse).
Where and in what formats are they held?
In-house, at your premises or online, from half a day to a series of sessions over several days. The programme is tailored to your business during a preliminary discussion.
Do your courses meet the DDA (IDD) obligation?
Yes for the insurance modules: they cover themes eligible for the continuing-training obligation of insurance distributors (15 hours a year). See the DDA & Qualiopi page.
What is the price and how do I get a quote?
As a guide, €500 excl. VAT per participant (€450 for five or more, minimum two). Every course is subject to a bespoke quote after an analysis of your needs.
