Who is it for?
Insurers, brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, transport managers, in-house lawyers, claims managers, operational and legal departments.
Format
In-house, at your premises or online. Half a day, a full day, a series of sessions or a bespoke programme. Following a needs analysis, a session is usually arranged within two to eight weeks. A minimum of two participants is required.
Fees
As a guide: €500 excl. VAT per participant, €450 excl. VAT per participant for groups of five or more. Every course is subject to a bespoke quote drawn up after an analysis of your needs.
A practitioner’s teaching
The courses are delivered by Maître Franck Dollfus, a member of the Paris Bar. Each session favours a hands-on approach: interactive presentations, case studies, case-law analysis, practical exercises and role-plays. Content is tailored to the level and expectations of the participants, and a certificate is issued at the end of the course.
