DDA & Qualiopi, made clear
Continuing training is no longer optional for insurance distributors. Here is what the rule says — and how our courses bring you into compliance.
15 hours of training per year
The Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD/DDA) requires every distributor to complete at least 15 hours of continuing training per year, in line with the products and responsibilities they handle.
The aim: to guarantee competent advice to the client. The employer must ensure this obligation is met and keep a record of it. Our sessions deliver a certificate stating the duration and content, directly enforceable in the event of an audit.

Brokers, general agents, intermediaries, staff in charge of distribution, claims handlers and underwriters: anyone taking part in insurance distribution is covered by the DDA obligation.
In-person inter-company sessions or on-site intra-company training. Durations add up to reach your 15 annual hours on the themes that matter to you.
A Qualiopi requirement
Franck Dollfus Formation is Qualiopi-certified under the “training actions” category (certificate no. QUA009744, issued by ICPF, valid from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029). The certification attests to the quality of the organisation’s processes and is the condition for accessing professional-training funding.
Every session is placed within this approach: explicit learning objectives, up-to-date materials, assessment of learning outcomes and collection of satisfaction feedback.
The quality certification has been issued under the following category of actions: training actions. Certification verifiable with the certifying body, ICPF (register no. QUA009744).

After a needs analysis and approval of the proposal, a session is usually organised within two to eight weeks, depending on availability.

Learning outcomes are assessed through practical cases, file studies, question-and-answer sessions and role-plays. A training certificate is issued at the end of each session.
A continuous-improvement approach based on needs analysis, assessment of learning, satisfaction surveys, handling of complaints and legal watch. The activity being recent, consolidated satisfaction and attendance indicators will be published once they are representative.
