Data controller

Data collected
As part of the training relationship and of requests sent through the contact form, we process the identification and contact data you provide: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, organisation and message. No sensitive data is requested.
Purposes & legal bases
Maître Franck Dollfus carries out processing of personal data whose legal basis is compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, for the following purposes:
- the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and the fight against corruption;
- invoicing;
- accounting.
Requests sent through the contact form are processed in order to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to draw up a training proposal.
Retention periods
Data is retained only for the period necessary for the operations for which it was collected, in accordance with the regulations in force:
- Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, plus three years for marketing and prospecting purposes, without prejudice to retention obligations or limitation periods;
- Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing: five years after the end of the relationship;
- Accounting: ten years from the close of the financial year.
Your rights
Under the conditions provided for by the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, query, restrict, transfer and erase data concerning you.
You may also object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as to commercial marketing. You may finally set out directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.
These rights can be exercised by email to fd@dollfuslaw.com or by post, accompanied by a copy of a signed identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
Data recipients
The data processed is intended solely for authorised personnel of the organisation and for its accounting service providers. It is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

This website sets technical cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, as well as audience-measurement cookies subject to your consent. No audience-measurement data is collected before you agree.
Audience measurement is carried out by Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). Cookies set after consent: _ga, _ga_<id> (lifetime ~13 months). Consent is collected and managed by the self-hosted open-source solution tarteaucitron.io (cookie tac_consent stored locally).
